The Adaa Bazaar Story: From a Small Home Boutique to a Growing Fashion Brand

Every business has a beginning. Some begin with big investments, large teams, and carefully planned offices. Others begin with a dream, a few customers, and the courage to take the first step.

Adaa Bazaar began with exactly that.

In 2018, Adaa Bazaar started as a small boutique from home, founded by Shaista Aftab. There was no large showroom, no big team, and no established brand name. There were just two employees, a lot of hard work, and a simple belief — that women deserve ethnic wear that feels beautiful, comfortable, and personal.

The early days were about learning everything from the ground up.

Every customer mattered. Every outfit mattered. Every stitching order was handled with care. Slowly, customers began coming back. They recommended Adaa Bazaar to their friends and families. What started at home began to feel like something much bigger.

A New Beginning in 2020

In September 2020, Adaa Bazaar took an important step and opened its first dedicated store at Jagat Farm, Greater Noida.

It was an exciting moment.

But it wasn't an easy one.

The world was going through the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses everywhere were facing uncertainty, and small businesses had to work especially hard to survive.

Adaa Bazaar faced those difficult days too.

There were challenges, uncertainty, and plenty of reasons to slow down. But the journey didn't stop.

The team continued to work, serve customers, and build the brand one day at a time.

Growing One Customer at a Time

The years that followed brought change.

The small home boutique slowly became a growing fashion business. More customers discovered Adaa Bazaar. More outfits were stitched. More designs were created. And the team grew along with the business.

Today, in 2026, Adaa Bazaar has grown to a team of 50+ people, including fashion designers, tailors, and other skilled members who work behind the scenes to bring each outfit together.

That's a journey worth remembering.

From two employees in a home-based boutique to a team of more than 50 people — the growth isn't just a number. It's the story of every customer, every order, every late working day, and every person who believed in the brand.

From a Local Boutique to Online Fashion

Adaa Bazaar didn't stop with its physical store.

As customers began shopping online, the brand expanded its presence digitally. Today, customers can explore Adaa Bazaar's collection through its website, www.adaabazaar.com, and the brand is also available on Myntra.

This means a boutique that once served customers from a small home setup can now reach women beyond its local neighbourhood.

Yet one thing hasn't changed.

The focus on ethnic fashion and personalised stitching remains at the heart of Adaa Bazaar.

More Than Just Clothes

For us, fashion isn't simply about selling an outfit.

It's about the bride preparing for her wedding. The woman looking for the perfect blouse. The customer who needs an alteration before an important function. The family choosing outfits for a celebration.

It's about those moments when a customer looks in the mirror and says, "This feels right."

That's what makes the journey meaningful.

The Journey Continues

Adaa Bazaar's story started in a home in 2018.

It continued through a new store in 2020, survived challenging times, grew through the years, and reached 2026 with a team of more than 50 people.

But this isn't the end of the story.

It's another chapter.

And every customer who walks through the doors, visits the website, places an order, recommends Adaa Bazaar, or simply chooses to wear something created by the team becomes a small part of that journey.

From a small home boutique to a growing fashion brand — Adaa Bazaar continues to stitch its story, one outfit and one customer at a time.
